Miss having chickens . The Town said they had to go after having them for 7 years . Not only did my neighbors get green eggs , the chickens were natural weeders , bug eaters , fertilizers , & garden roto tillers . The chickens also buried the rabbit manure so there were no flies or smell !

The cat that came to dinner & stayed ! Soon Yo-Yo & two more cats will be moving in with Kate . My Cardigans never saw a cat . Should be interesting .

Wet from her morning run , you can still see why Maddie Ross earned her championship in only 8 shows . That's shows , not weekends with 3 to 5 shows . Maddie will try motherhood this Spring . Think Ricky & Maddie will produce good pups .

Tried to have a cup of coffee , until the girls started barking up a storm . There's a certian pitch the pack gets when they're really upset & need my attention . Sure enough Belle was outside the fence & trying to come back . Belle is back in the fold & the evil chipmunk still funs free .

" Hey , where's my breakfast ? "

" Yeah Ricky , a big dog like you can make that step ! " " Don't know George looks like a long way down from here ! "

Heard of bats in the bellfry but not in the door . Spotted this little fellow this morning between the storm door & front door . Bats are wonderful creatures , not much in looks , but serve a useful life . Kinda like me ! Will prop storm door open & hope he flies away before Kate comes !

All pooped out ! In a few days I'll have to pick another subject to photograph , as Jasper will be going to a wonderful home .

Just incase you think Kate is another one of my imaginary friends , here's a picture of Kate & her greyhound Dragon . Hopefully Kate will be my kennel mate & we can start a big family . . . of Cardigans .

In a few weeks Big Ears Kennels will be making an addition .

Jasper's new toy , a corn cob ? He went into " his room " ( leave gate open ) & returned with a corn cob  . He plays fetch with this too .

Jasper doesn't like his new collar . That's Jasper's tail ! Tried it on for a few moments . No , he doesn't like it !

" No , I'm not jumpping that far ! That's a good foot drop ! Where's the stairs ? "
