 Even the big kids played with the puppies today !

Puppies loved playing with the neighborhood kids today .

Dogs were barking about 11:30am today .  Turns out to be an 8 point buck & a doe ! The barking didn't bother the pair at all . We're locted by a busy highway within sight of a shopping center .

Today Lucky Penny fround a nice home in PA . Lucky Penny was only 142 gms when whelped but a ball of fire that would not quit .  He is the littlest of the litter & look what Little Lucky Penny's new owner's shirt says . . . " Little ! " . When Lucky turns 8 weeks he will be ready to leave for PA .

First time feeding Maddie's litter . Usually first feedings are more effort than results , but these almost 3 week old pups attacked the gruel so much , I had to get a larger plate ! Even the ones not in the plate are licking the gruel off the floor & fur !

Went to count Breeze's puppies this morning . Only found 6 ! Then spotted Little Miss Pig-tail sleeping with the dishes .

Expanded play area for Breeze's pups . The 4X4 whelping box was getting to small . Notice the great carpentry skills I used ? Okay I nailed a board . Later as the beefaloes become more active , a real divider will be in place . A divider that will allow humans & Breeze access but keep pups in .
