All summer visitors stopped by to view puppies , only to leave sad that Waldo was not for sale . Then I began to think about it , maybe I am being selfish keeping Waldo . Waldo deserves a good home & I have his brother George for the kennel . So I offered Waldo for sale ( not free ) to a special caring home . Everyone wanted Waldo , untill I mentioned what a quality 2 year old Blue Merle Cardigan was worth . Somehow people think Cardigans are free once their ears go up ! I'll keep Waldo . He's a good boy & happy . Met a lot of nice people this year buying puppies . Special dogs need special people .
Poor Waldo:/ He's a gorgeous boy and if I had the cash him and the nephew could hang out always:)
ReplyDeleteWaldo is handsome. He looks like a good match for my cardi Frankie. If I lived closer we would come visit him to see if he could also be friends with our GSD. You are right to make his worth valuable, but maybe even more so to keep him where he is loved and happy...a guarantee that he's well cared for.
