A Cardigan's Dream !

Labor Day Re-cycle !

Wheel barrows are associated with labor , right ? What's more fitting than rebuilding a wheel barrow on Labor Day ? The tin tub rotted through . To replace the tin tub , it would cost as much as a whole wheel barrow . So I re-cycled an old crate & now have a poly-tub wheel barrow reusing the old but good carriage . Can't beat the price !

Every Dog Has Its Day !

 George won Best of Breed at a show recently . It was a small show & George a small dog .

 Harry will be 2 this this coming Christmas .

 Ricky was 3 this past April .

George was 3 this past July .

New Whelping Bowes !

Made 2 whelping boxes because it's common to have two girls whelp only days apart . When that happens  , I separate the boxes with the bed . The bed provides me with a observation & resting place , as the moms can go several days & nights before they whelp . The bed provides privacy while my using it , provides comfort for man & beast !

Starting construction of whelping boxes . Now all we need is Mother Nature to put a little Cardigan Romance in the air !

Showtime !

George stopped climbing into the Girl's pens long enough to start his show career . The shows are small but yesterday he beat a champion & got Best of Winners today . One point yesterday . One point today .

April Fool !

Quick look & it looks like Sally's ears are up . Tried taping & gluing but no success . What I did was take a pinch of fur behind the ear & glue it to her neck , sort of a face lift for ears ! Good thing is Nature will decide when her ears can stand .
