Thursday I picked up a new computer . Old Mac just wasn't up to the chore . Wednesday I have a training session to relearn what little computer skills I had . Bear with me while the process is endured . Thanks !

New Bunkmates !

Had to break up Frank & Wendy , they were too close . Their dependency on each other made training  difficult . So who do I pair super active , never stops Wendy with ? She barely stopped for this photo . Best selection was calm Heddi .

Outdoors Summer Quarters !

Current outdoor airy rabbit pens . Shade trees help keep rabbits cool .

Rabbit Winter Quarters !

Working on winter quarters for 4 does & 2 bucks . Have winter nest boxes & 2 different heaters . One heater , a 300w unit , for cool nights . The 750/1500w Milkhouse heater for colder months . Plan is to keep warm enough so water doesn't freeze & new born bunnies do well . With current 90 degree weather , it'll be a while to test heaters . Rabbits enjoy cool weather . In a couple of weeks , the Californian rabbits will move from their airy outdoor pens under shade trees , to winter quarters .
