Gone !

Rose was a very sweet Greyhound . Kate rescued her from a family that rescued her from the track . Rose was a lucky girl , rescued twice ! She went very quickly . Only a few days ago she was diagnosed with a quick spreading cancer . There was no cure , just the promise of pain & a short life . We did the decent thing . Rather than force Rose to endure the pending end , we had the vet to painless end her beloved live . Kate took it hard . We picked a place next to Dragon , for Rose to watch over us . We'll miss her quiet sweet nature & her whip tail wag .
