| Last evening Heddi found her forever retirement home . Then as her new owners walked her into her new home , Blair ( her daughter ) sounded the Cardigan alarm ! Heddi bolted , slipped her collar , & bolted off into the dark ! A 6 year old " puppy " lost in miles of unknown woods ! They searched for hours . I joined the fruitless search this morning . It looked bleak . Then a few hours ago , an very tired Heddi was found about 1 1/2 to 2 miles away . She was found at a cattle farm I spotted . The Farmer said his place seemed to draw stray animals . Amazing ! We're all so happy for Heddi ! Lost & Found ! |

ReplyDeleteShe is understandably scared, leaving her home of 6 years. I understand, because her brother, Waldo, was terrified when we brought him home. But he adjusted...
ReplyDeleteBruce said he would, and to give him time. We did and he is happy and we are happy. Sweet girl will be happy, too.
