Last month there was a Salmonella alert in several dog food brands produced by Midwestern . See yesterday there is an alert from at least 100 brands , including the Sportmix Wholesome I used ! So I switched back to 4Health Salmon . Midwestern Company is going back & forth , playing down the recall alert , but Chewy gave me a refund , with directions to trash . Please check out this massive recall . I'm going back to Tractor Supply 4Health Salmon !
Jane went to vet's yesterday . Seems Mother Nature taking an interest & she's be courting one of my boys soon . Jury still out on Stella . Not sure if Cupid's Arrow struck . We'll wait on Stella before we cry nay or yea on motherhood . As to Jane , thinking of giving Copper a chance of True Love !

Puppy scams starting up again ! Puppies are advertised , you pay , but you never receive one ! TV news confirmed , puppy lovers beware . I always worried about breeders that collect non-refundable deposits on puppies they don't have . It's called " putting you on the list ". One fellow that purchased 2 puppies from us , was 250 " On the list " . It would be 5 years before he saw a puppy ! Check them out before you buy !
Second thought is directed towards City Dwellers that get one of our puppies . Next time you go out for a walk on city streets & sidewalks , go barefoot ! Then when you come home , lick your feet clean ! Why not ? That's what you ask your dog to do ! Suggest , check the dog's paws . Light brush with dry cloth . Wipe with damp face cloth , soaked in warm water & Dawn . Will keep your dog happy & white rugs cleaner !

Just learned the Irish get the whole month of March , not just St.Patrick's Day ! So spread out the partying ! If you take your Blue Merle Cardigan out for walk & bring home the wrong pet , you might be partying too hardy !
Been talking with our vet . . . . planning on a litter with Butch & Stella ! Took Stella in for blood work today . May be talking Cardigan Romance soon . Mother Nature will make the final call ! Both Butch & Stella doing well .
