Complete Success !
Yes , Rocky's ear taping was a complete success ! NOT ! Shaking his huge head , kept his over sized ears in motion , never allowing the tape to hold & set his ears . In a couple of days will use the glue method .

Pup & Mom
On National Puppy Day , was able to get one shot of Rocky ( left ) & Seven ( mom & other left ) . Took six shots & 12 swearing sessions ! He kept moving !

No puppies to show at Big Ears Kennel & Rabbitry , but tomato & eggplant seedlings , planted on St.Patrick's Day , are peeking up !

Pretty In Pink ?
Rocky had problem common to large male Cardigan puppies , big soft floppy ears ! At 16 weeks didn't show any sign of being proud Cardigan ears . Time to tape ! To supply support , yet not be too harsh , first layer around ears & curlier , was masking tape . Second layer was firmer duct tape . Now to get Rocky to accept the improvement !

Turkey's stuffed & oven ready , Sweet potatoes also ready . Waiting for the Macy Parade to start ! What ? It's only March ? Now I get it . Right after TG , Kate picked up 5 turkeys at 49 cents a pound . Now we can have turkey & sandwiches several times a year !

Just Add Water !
Instant Cardigan Kennel available ! Due to kennel over stock , might be able to part with a trio for an interested party to start their own kennel . Molly & Seven are 2 year old Black & White girls with tan points . Butch , a 5 year old Blue Merle . Their pedigrees are compatible & DM tested . Wish when I was starting , there was a trio from champion stock available , would have saved me 15 years of breeding !

Fiona's Litter !
Hard few days . Fiona ate a necklace & developed a toxic reaction to metal . Day after she delivered a litter , vet had to put her down . Vet tech was able to find a Dachshund that just gave birth & able to nurse our newborn pups . That was Monday . Today we have 3 hardy hungry healthy pups , 2 males & one female . In a few weeks they should be eating & come home . Several people expressed interest but no decisions made . Way too early .
Good Bye White Thunder !
My '98 Ford Ranger went to Car Parts Heaven yesterday . She always started & got me there & home . Each trip was scary , with new noises developing . Old men & old trucks , both make noises & leak fluids ! Decided my luck was running out . Keeping Kate for a while yet !
