Eli was from my first Cardigan litter . Both he & sister Dott became AKC Champions . At 9 Eli became a Canadian champion .

Always surprised to hear the amazing range of our Cardigans talents ! Kayaking , sure . Lake , river , ocean exploring , sure . Herding kids , sure . AKC events , sure . TV watching , sure . Trail blazing , sure . Bringing home bovine parts , ugh ! Harri pulled a new talent . . . chasing a bear that wandered into his yard ! Lucky for the bear , Harri was called off ! Important to know one's limit !

Well you've seen Janes litter posted on our blog . Plan is to pick 2 girls ( one Black & White & one Sable ) from Jane & Copper's litter , for future breeding . Figure Young King Charles ( I call Chuck ) will also be kept to carry on the Big Ears name .

Thanksgiving Day after Macy's Parade !
The National Dog show is on ! I enjoy the hosts , John O'Hurley & David Frei . I like Westminster Dog Show best . It's a two day televised show , featuring all the breeds . The National Dog show , only highlights 4 breeds in each group . Problem with Westminister , it used to be held every Valentine's Day weekend , now I don't know when ! Enjoy the National Dog show tomorrow !
