In Harri's Defense !
He did dance with a bear ? A bear wandered into his yard & was treated like all uninvited guests . . . Harri drove him off ! Then His momma brought a kitten into the house . Harri fell in love ! How did he know the difference? He's a special dog for sure !
The Gauntlet Has Been Tossed !
Please don't blame Harri , he was only being a Cardigan ! His owner said . . . I can't believe it . . . " Harri's the best dog ever ! " . What does that make the Cardigans you got from us , Pembrokes ? Please I can understand her pleasure & excitement of owning a Big Ears Cardigan , many sent emails backing her feelings ( some bought 3 ! ) but no one was bold enough to claim " best dog ever ! " . Advised her to enter Witness Relocation Program , once reaction hits from this heartfelt but bold statement !
Inflation ?
Turkey 47 cents a pound ? Right after Thanksgiving people have turkey overload & stores are stuck with turkeys ! Enough to make a Scotts-Irishman stock up with glee ! I still have 3 more in the freezer ! Having turkey tonight . . . tomorrow . . . the next day . . . but dining out next day !

Retirement Time Hits everyone !
Copper is 5 1/2 . Jane 4 1/2 . It's Cardigan Retirement Time ! Sad time for me but wonderful time for old friends . Imagine each dog has a family of Humans , to encourage development of Cardigans full potential ? No sharing my attention with the pack !
Both are up on vaccinations , wormed , come with charted health histories , DM tested clear , lead trained , crate trained , housebroken , & great Cardigan temperament . I really hate to part with them , they're old friends deserving forever homes .
Seeking exceptional homes for my exceptional friends , so unless you don't impress me , you won't be considered . Homes that have our dogs , will get first consideration . I owe these friends a great home !

Puppies running together , gluing wins over taping . Today Pups turn 16 weeks old ! Never had pups that long before . Guess I'll have to start naming them . 5 adults , 5 puppies , & the wife's . . . that's a lot of names to remember !

Hacker Alert !
A woman claiming to be a CWCCA member , emailed me . Seems this party ( unknown to me ) asked if I could buy a $200 gift card for her friend . Once her bank account is straightened out , she will send me the money ?
Buying the Brooklyn Bridge , the Easter Bunny , Santa , & now this ?
Be wary of anyone running this scam or using my name ! I contacted the CWCCA .

Please Don't Blame The Doggie !
The other day we spotted a water spill in the kitchen . The blame fell on poor Jane . A little detective work proved Jane was innocent ! It was the kitchen sink . We called the plumbers in the area . It was a step into the Twilight Zone ! To replace 2 baskets , $429 plus tax , so I called 2 other plumbers . . . $249 for house call ( 1/2 mile away ) & $275 from a highly praised plumber . What ? A veterinarian will make house calls for $65 ! My Scott-Irish blood boiled ! The parts cost $10 each ! Then there was the insult . . . My nephew fixed it with only tape & putty !
This took a lot out of Jane !
