2am this morning Joanne gave all the classic signs she was going into early stages of whelp . At 3am she rolled on her side , deep breathing , & had that far away stare . At 4am she fell asleep ( wish I could ! ). At 5am I took her temp . What 96.6 ? It was dark & I held the thermometer upside down ! It read 99.6 & Joanne was having fun with me . At her size & Saturday was one of her due dates , she could go today . I'll check her temp at 8:30 befoe deciding if I can go to Jury Duty .
