Worried about puppies' first night on porch . The porch is semi heated but with the door open to kitchen , temperature holds . To be on save side , used milk house heater on low . Within a few minutes could feel the heat pushing back into the kitchen .
Thought that maybe the heat was eye level & not ankle ( puppy ) level . So I went back the heating pad . Bad idea ! Within two minutes the bandits removed the pad from its cover & towel ! Rather than supply the gangsters with a chewable electric shock , went back to milk house heater . Might be over kill . Really think porch warm enough without supplement heat .
