Leggs , whelped on my birthday , is a lucky boy ! He was the only pup in the litter of a natural birth , the rest were emergency C-section . Leggs paid a high price . His hind legs turned black from whelping complications & vet thought he might lose them ! By rubbing them & mom's care , he was fine the next day ! A lucky boy !
