Homemade grow heat pad out of discarded Christmas rope lights . Uses about 30 watts . 
Special grow light that uses blue & red light waves . Humans need the bright white light waves to see , plants don't . Uses 45 watts .

      These are just a few tomatoes & eggplants for an early start . next month the main garden gets started indoors .
